Yes. A €200 deposit is taken by cheque or a €1 pre-authorisation on your credit card when you arrive.
What happens to my deposit after departure?
A member of staff checks the rental after you leave; if no damage is found the deposit is released and you receive email confirmation within 48 hours.
What should I do if I notice damage or an anomaly when I arrive?
Report any issue to reception within 24 hours of arrival; no later claim will be accepted without this notification.
What tasks remain for me if I purchased the cleaning package?
Before leaving, set the fridge thermostat to 1, empty bins into the recycling area, wash and store dishes, fold blankets, and place used sheets and towels in the provided bag.
Can I rent a baby kit and what does it include?
Yes. A baby kit (cot, high chair and lightweight stroller) costs €5 per day or €35 per week and must be reserved when you book.
Are there booking fees?
A dossier fee of €10 or €25 applies, plus an insurance premium if you choose to take out coverage.
When is the balance of my stay due?
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
What if I book less than 30 days before arrival?
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is payable immediately.
Can I pay in several instalments?
Yes. Payments in instalments are possible through Floa Bank.
How do I access my Floa Bank customer area?
Go to https://particuliers.floapay.com, enter the email used for your order, click “Première connexion” and follow the SMS instructions to obtain a temporary password.
Where can I find my payment schedule?
Floa Bank sends the schedule by email when your multi-payment is validated and again 8 days before each due date; all schedules are also visible in your Floa client area.
How do I settle a missed instalment?
Click the last payment link sent by email/SMS or log in to your Floa client area and choose “régulariser un impayé.”
Is telephone support available for payment issues?
Yes. Call 0 809 400 111 (non-surcharged) Monday–Friday 09:00-20:00 and Saturday 09:00-18:00.
What personal data rights do I have as a customer?
You may access, rectify, delete or block your data, withdraw consent, transfer your data to another controller, and object to processing.

How many pitches and rental units are there at Camping Les Cyprès?
The campsite offers 283 places in total: 98 mobile-homes, 6 equipped tents, 136 touring pitches and 43 resident plots.
Is there a laundry facility on the campsite and what are the costs?
Yes. The laundrette has washing machines (€6.50 per wash, detergent included) and dryers (€3 per cycle); tokens are sold at reception.
Does Camping Les Cyprès rent bicycles?
Yes, adult and children’s bikes can be rented directly on site; current prices are listed in the downloadable LOCANDGO tariff sheet on the website.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the campsite?
Wi-Fi covers all pitches and rentals. You can obtain a free 10-minute test ticket at reception, then buy access tickets online or at reception; Premium rentals include Wi-Fi at no extra charge.
What types of barbecues are allowed and can I rent one?
Only gas barbecues are permitted. Gas barbecues are available for rent at reception for €7 per day or €35 per week.
Can I arrive earlier than 15:00 or leave later than 10:00?
During the low season you may choose an early check-in from 10:00 and a late check-out up to 17:00 for €30. You can also select just one of the two options (early arrival or late departure) for €15, subject to availability.
Can I buy tickets for local attractions at reception?
Yes. Reception sells tickets for the Puy du Fou theme park, ferry crossings to Île d’Yeu, and the Planète Sauvage wildlife park, with preferential prices on presentation of your campsite wristband.
Do the mobile-homes have air conditioning?
No. None of the mobile-homes at Camping Les Cyprès are equipped with air conditioning.
Which rental categories include a television?
Televisions are provided in the PREMIUM mobile-homes (Océan, Oyat, Galet, Dunes), the CONFORT range (Vanilla, Gloria, Calypso, Catleya, Embruns, Écumes) and the AVENTURE tents (Giroflée and Génêt). The ECO range is not connected for television, so bringing your own set is unnecessary.
Is it allowed to pitch a tent next to a rented mobile-home?
No. Setting up a tent beside a mobile-home is strictly prohibited throughout the campsite.
What coffee machines are supplied in the rentals?
Premium rentals include both a Senseo pod machine and a filter coffeemaker. Confort rentals have a Senseo (a filter machine can be borrowed at reception), while Aventure and Eco rentals each come with a filter coffeemaker.
What type of electrical hook-up is provided on pitches and do I need an adapter?
Pitches are fitted with French and European sockets; European adapters are sold in the campsite mini-market for €15. Bring at least 25 metres of extension cable to reach the power point comfortably.
Can I buy fresh bread and newspapers on the campsite?
Yes. During the summer season fresh bread is baked on site every day, while in low season bread can be ordered at the grocery. Newspapers are available for purchase in July and August at the campsite grocery.
Is it possible to receive mail or parcels during my stay?
Yes. Letters are sorted alphabetically in the yellow locker inside the laundrette. Parcels can be collected at reception upon presentation of your identity card.
Does each pitch have its own water connection?
No. There is roughly one tap for every six pitches, and two main sanitary blocks are available for general use.
Are the showers free of charge?
Yes. Water is included in the pitch price, so you do not need tokens or pay any supplement for using the showers.
How many sanitary blocks are there and are they open all night?
The campsite has two sanitary blocks. They are closed from midnight to 07:00 to limit noise, but outdoor toilets remain accessible 24/7.
Is there a children’s playground on the campsite?
Yes. A play area for children is located near the multi-sports ground, the bar and the swimming pool.
Is there a baby bathroom in the sanitary facilities?
Yes. One of the sanitary blocks includes a dedicated baby bathroom for washing infants.
Are arrival and departure days fixed for camping pitches?
No. You are free to choose your arrival and departure days for pitches. A minimum stay of seven nights applies during July and August.
What is the maximum number of people allowed on a single pitch?
A maximum of six people, including babies and small children, may occupy one pitch. If your party exceeds six, you must reserve an additional pitch.
Can I park two vehicles on my pitch?
Only one vehicle is permitted per pitch; a second vehicle is not allowed to remain on the same plot.
What is the "garage mort" option and when is it available?
From 10 April to 29 June 2026, caravan owners can leave their caravan on a dedicated pitch under the "garage mort" formula. They may return and stay whenever they like during this period, paying the standard "Confort" daily rate, with minimum monthly stays of 3 nights in April, 9 nights in May and 4 nights in June.
Are duvets and pillows provided in the mobile-homes?
Yes. Every mobile-home is equipped with duvets or blankets and pillows, plus protective mattress covers and washable pillow cases.
What are the bed dimensions in the different accommodation ranges?
Premium units have 160×200 cm double beds and 80×190 cm single beds. Confort and Eco units have 140×190 cm doubles and 80×190 cm singles. Aventure tents feature 160×190 cm doubles, 80×190 cm singles, and the Giroflée tent also includes a 70×190 cm pull-out bed.
Which services are included when I book a Premium mobile-home?
Premium rentals include bed linen, towels and a bath mat, a dishwasher, a gas plancha, Wi-Fi access and two adult bicycles.
On which days can I arrive and depart when renting a mobile-home?
Changeover is mainly on Saturdays. For certain models you may arrive on Wednesday (Catleya, Calypso, Magdalena) or Sunday (Océan, Catleya, Magdalena).
Are the camping pitches shaded?
Yes. Because the campsite is situated in a cypress forest, many pitches are fully shaded, while others are sunny or semi-shaded, allowing guests to choose the exposure they prefer.
Are the mobile-home plots shaded?
Most mobile-home locations are semi-shaded thanks to the surrounding cypress trees, offering a balanced mix of sun and shade.
Is there a restroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes. One of the two sanitary blocks includes a dedicated disabled-access toilet and washroom.
Can I watch television somewhere on site if my rental does not have one?
Yes. Weather bulletins and news are shown on the communal television located in the campsite bar.
Can I rent only a baby bed or a high chair without the full baby kit?
Yes. Baby beds and high chairs can be rented separately for €2.50 per day or €17.50 per week.
Do I have to clean my accommodation if I did not purchase the cleaning package?
Yes. If you have not subscribed to the cleaning package you must leave the rental clean and tidy: floors washed, dishes cleaned and put away, blankets folded, bins emptied and all rooms (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) cleaned; otherwise cleaning fees will be charged.
Is there a bar on the campsite?
Yes. The bar is located close to the swimming pool and the children’s playground.
Is there a multi-sports ground available for guests?
Yes. A multi-sports ground is situated near the playground, the bar and the pool.
Is there a grocery/mini-market on the campsite?
Yes. A small grocery shop is available on site: it bakes fresh bread daily in summer (bread can be ordered in low season), sells newspapers in July and August, and stocks practical items such as European power adaptors (€15).
What is the cost of the optional end-of-stay cleaning package and when should it be booked?
The cleaning package is not included in the rental price; it costs between €80 and €120 depending on the accommodation type and must be reserved at the time of booking because availability cannot be guaranteed later.
